I have dark brown hair with about 40% grey and I let them grow in over the pandemic. I use this product in Frivolous Fawn after towel drying my hair, lightly massaging from the roots to about 25% down. It colours just my greys into a blonde colour that makes them look like highlights running through my hair. It doesn't give 100% coverage, but it's enough that the remaining greys are not highly noticeable like a skunk stripe down my head. It also doesn't entirely wash out, so as you use it, the hair at the ends keeps some colour in it. This way, I can have an easy way of maintaining my hair, without having to go grey and without having to spend thousands ever year for highlights (which is just someone removing colour from your hair then dying it blonde). This gets to the same end result, but without the damage of peroxide. Note, the product is quite watery, so I transfer some into a small bottle that I have from a home hair colour kit. I apply the colour with one hand and use my other hand (gloved) to lightly move through my hair/massage in. The small tip of the hair colour bottle allows for targeted application and no drips.

I use this product when my hair has gone too blonde and in between toners. It's a one day thing, but really does the trick and tones down the colour, but doesn't drastically change it. I find it also makes my hair very soft. It actually lasts quite a long time.

The product was not at the store and I had to order it online. It was watery, smelled and didn't cover gray hair. It colored the skin of your hair, not your hair.
