How to use
Not recommended for individuals under 12 years of age. Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Clean and dry affected area. Remove patch from backing film and apply to skin. Apply 1 patch to affected area not more than twice daily. Patch may be left in place for up to 8 to 12 hours. Some individuals may not experience pain relief until several hours after applying the patch. If pain lasts after using the first patch, a second patch may be applied for up to another 8 to 12 hours. Hands should be washed after applying or removing patch. Do not use for more than 7 days in a row. If condition worsens or if symptoms persist, or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use and consult a physician. Do not use any patch from a pouch that has been open for 14 or more days. How to apply 1 Peel the center film. 2 Place on affected area. 3 Slide the film backward. 4 Slide the other film forward.

The best cooling pad for period crampd
I had to try this product after reading the reviews. I was working and couldn't cancel my shift, so I looked online for ways to ease my period cramps. Besides avoiding certain foods and drinks, I didn't know what else to try. I even took some Advil, but it wasn't enough. That's when I bought this cooling pad and applied it to my lower belly. After just 30 minutes, I felt the cramps start to ease up. If you're thinking of trying this product, I say go for it – you won't regret it. It's definitely becoming a shift essential for me.
Joint pain at elbow bone
I've been trying everything from ice to roll on sticks for pain or bruises. I decided to give these patches a go today and I can't believe how great they are for my pain in elbow. I'm a golfer and play a lot so pain is there a lot. My physiotherapist told me that I have tennis elbow , but the pain is right at the upper bone in my left arm elbow. Well, I put a patch of about 4inches x 4 inches over the pain area and went golfing. I can't believe how well it worked, no discomfort and no pain. I'm buying more when I play championship golf this summer and will be telling my buddies how great these patches work. Thank you so much for making a great product that actually works , especially on bruising which I believe I have. I'm hooked for sure. A lot better than wearing that black bandage wrap which gets in the way when you put a pullover on over your arms. Thank you again. Feels great to be pain free again.
