How to use
Directions: Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Shake the can very well before use. To avoid frostbite, hold the can 10 cm away from the skin, and spray each affected area for no longer than 1 second. Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Children 2 to 12 years of age: application should be supervised by an adult.

Excellent product
Been using the patches for years and allway been satisfied with the result. Recently I notice that it come in a spray which is great for hard to reach area. I have restless leg syndromes which is very painful at night , i tried the spray and it's amazing ,I no longer have pain and numbness to my legs during the night. What a relief. Will buy this product again
