How to use
Directions for use: Dissolve 1 pastille slowly in the mouth. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. May be repeated as needed. Take with food. Adults: Do not exceed 16 pastilles per day. Adolescents 14-18: Do not exceed 11 pastilles per day. Adolescents 9-13: Do not exceed 7 pastilles per day. Children 6-8: Do not exceed 4 pastilles per day.

Discontinue use in case of gastrointestinal upsets, such as abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Diuretic effect may occur. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Great Tasting Suppliment
This is a great tasting supplement. The flavour is yummy without being over powering. Nice and simple way to do something good for your body without lots of effort, with a great taste. I received this as a sample from Butterly, but will be buying for my family!

I discovered Sambucol Advanced Immune Support at the opportune time as I'm currently battling the most recent bug brought home by my young daughter. The product has great levels ingredients you need to keep your immune system in tiptop shape - 50% of your daily vitamin C, 34% of your daily zinc, and 50mg of black elderberry extract - in every gummy. Sambucol is vegan and contains premium black elderberry with no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. Sambucol Black Elderberry is also delicious. The gummy is flavourful and has a great texture, making it easy to take. This product has definitely helped me this time of year when it seems to be a never ending stream of illnesses coming home!

I loved the taste of this supplement. The black elderberry was not overpowering or strong and quite easy to take. The gummy form was enjoyable and did not require much water to get down. Quite easy to do something good for yourself. The only concern I experienced was a bit of a medicinal aftertaste which was quite insignificant yet worth mentioning. I received this product free from Butterly and am happy to have tried it for myself.
