The sound is phenomenal. The galaxy buds pro manager app is built right into the phone (Samsungs). I love the 360 audio and being able to turn my head this way and that and the sound travels with me. Left bud cuts out occasionally..but is easily fixed by just taking it out and putting it back in again. It's a trade off of using the 360/head tilt features. They also pair with my laptop without losing connection to my phone. The bass is crisp and bold. The noise cancelling is SO good I can't hear a solitary thing in a busy clinic waiting room and I miss my turn, so you know they are that good. It's literally like having a front row seat to a concert without having to leave your Lazyboy. They do not fall out of my ears. They are more comfortable than in ear buds. I also appreciate that the case stays closed and has a much stronger magnet than my old ones. I'm really pleased.

Samsung Buds are terrible, and the warrantee process is frustrating. Save yourself the aggravation and buy Apple or Bose.

The earbuds sounds amazing. I use public transit as daily commute and these earbuds create a quite moments when you need it. This is probably the fourth or fifth time, I bought a Samsung earbud, and I can clearly see the improvement from each versions. I love these earbuds as the earbud 2 pro keep galling from my ears during 🏋️‍♂️ sessions. These have a better grip to stay in your ears for longer period. The fit test is another bonus to check if the earbuds can fit properly in your ears. I almost have them over a year now and no issue so far. Samsung knows how to make durable product.

Dont buy any electronics from shoppers they wont take returns even if it doesn't fit in your ear and hurts. (Tried difference tips still not good)

Great premium earbuds, lots of great and useful features if you use a Samsung device. The blades light add a cool touch to them!
