I have purchased multiple cans of product and am very frustrated by the half of cans not spraying despite all of the trouble shooting tips given. It is quite inconvient to have to call to get the customer service info and an address to mail in information in hopes of a refund that will then take upwards of 8 weeks to get in snail mail. When the product sprays out it smells great and does a good job of controlling order and keeping one dry.

I purchased secret cocoa, butter, weightless, dry spray, and it is not working. Nothing comes out. The scent of cocoa butter is very very faint. I am totally not happy with this. I don't mind spending money on something that works, but I do mind when it doesn't work. Please get back to me so this can be resolved. Thank you.

Love the feel and smell of this but after several uses it stops spraying… I had bought 2 bottles this scent & one of the cozy vanilla & had to throw away almost full bottles… I see from other reviews that this is most definitely a company defect that's needs to be addressed asap! I really want to continue using this scent & brand.

I bought 2 cans, both did not work so I returned them where i purchased them and got a full refund. Tried it again and bought 2 more, both cans sprayer either did not spray or stopped spraying after 2 uses. I really wanted to like this product because what I could smell, smelt good but cant give a review on the product itself because I cant get it to come out!! I have tried other scents and the sprayer was not an issue, it seems to only be the sprayer for this scent that has issues

I have bought this product TWICE and now have 2 bottles that stopped spraying with 1/3 of the can remaining but completely unusable!! How do I get refunds for these?

I have bought 6 cans of secret weightless dry spray cocoa butter and each can has stopped spraying within 1 to 2 weeks. I can honestly say that I love the product but doesn't do me any good when they won't spray. So for now I'm done with this product. I will find another one that will hopefully spray. If you ever resolve this issue let me know as I would purchase it again, but only if it's going to work.

Love the scent. Would give it 5 stars, however, I now have 3 cans of deodorant that won't spray!! What is the issue with the sprayer? Has it been corrected. I've done everything that you recommend - still will not spray. The cans are all practically full which makes it a total waste of money.

The sprayer does not work. So for the few weeks to maybe a month I had this deodorant it was great until it wasn't. Waste of money when things are so expense and then you have a sprayer that's not working.

I haven't used a spray on deo and forever, so I did not have expectations to base my feedback on. When I tried this I was blown away instantly by the soft lovely cocoa butter scent. It's like a soft perfume. Once you spray it on it forms a layer that really helps fight against sweat and odor protection all day. My armpits were smooth, dry, and fresh after a long day of running errands. I would totally buy this and highly recommend it to anyone for those reasons..
