sharkninja.com/Got as a gift less than one month ago and it constantly says something is stuck and there's nothing there. Poor customer service recommending buying a replacement part!! For something under 30 days old. Not only is it over priced poor customer service and broke this quickly, it couldn't even clean the whole down stairs without needing to stop and charge for THREE HOURS for one floor. Mind you it's not even cleaning the whole downstairs. Just the kitchen dining room master bedroom and bathroom. Not even the walkin closets , half bath, upstairs or laundry room nor mud room and can't even do that. Absolutely do not recommend .

sharkninja.com/I returned the robot. It was defective, there was an awful mechanical noise from the suction fan or fan drive. Maybe a bad bearing or fan hitting the fan housing. It was much louder than our 5 year old Shark robot so we returned it.

Shocking how much this picks up
I've had it close to a year and it's been fantastic the whole time. It runs every day at lunch time and when I empty the bin weekly, I'm very surprised with how much is in it. (I have 2 cats) I make sure to clean the prefilter, roller brush and front wheel frequently, and have changed the hepa filter once so far, very pleased with this since I used my points and hardly paid anything!
