I received one of these for Christmas 2024 and so far it doesn't even last a year before I have to file a warranty claim. The dryer randomly turns off and all the lights go off and then comes back on about 3-5 seconds later. With my curly hair, I use this daily and Shark wants me to destroy my current blow dryer before they even send me a replacement!! I sent them a video of what's going on so it's not like I'm lying about the issue. My first replacement was approved to send prior to destroying my dryer and then provide the images, which I did. Now for the second replacement, I'm having to argue with them because they're saying they won't send it before I destroy it when that was done for my first replacement. How can they expect a customer to have to destroy a dryer they use daily before sending a replacement? Do they expect me to go buy another one to use for the few weeks it takes to get my replacement? No thanks, customers shouldn't be expected to do this. I'd avoid this dryer and go with the Dyson! My daughter has had a Dyson for years with absolutely no issues!!

I like the modern design and the variety off attachments included with this hair dryer. The different styling options seem convenient for every day use.

Shark sent by a shipping service showing no professionalism leaving my package on the street and not following specific posted delivery instructions to leave at my front door. As a result my package was left in a downpour, not protected in plastic or in any way and RUINED. I wrote Shark Customer Service and have still not heard a word back for a week now! The company does not have Telephone customer service either so you will be stuck too. DO NOT ORDER!

This Proflex is the best hair dryer that I have ever on. I am comfortable using it as it is very easy to handle. It's not bulky so storing it is also a plus. The heat settings are ideal and it comes with some great attachments, leaving my hair very manageable.

Bought this to replace my 10 year old Dyson. Have never submitted a product review, but this hairdryer is so LOUD, the decibile warning on my apple watch goes off everytime i use it. Came with a lot of attachments, but most are not worth using. Outside of my return period so can't return it, but will be buying another brand.

I have had this hair dryer for less than 15 months and it never works and has been intermittent since the beginning. I've cleaned the filters and checked everything that all the videos and online guides say to do. And now it doesn't even turn on. It just buzzes and no lights come on anymore. When it did work it only stayed on for 30-90 seconds and then would shut off and not turn back on no matter how long I let it sit. I was told it was "overheating" but it would do this right after initially turning it on and on the lowest setting. I've called in to support and they can't help and won't offer any sort of replacement or refund. A hair dryer shouldnt fail in under 15 months. It hasn't really worked properly after the first 90 days. So disappointed in this product, the lack of support from the company and the price tag I paid for it. Makes me never want to buy another shark or ninja product again.

will always and i mean always buy anything shark makes. i use it every single day and my hair always turns out looking so much better also the packaging is just so cute
