Love it. Bought to keep cool in the recent heatwave. Does the job, have never needed to use the highest setting and it's almost silent so doesn't disturb your sleep

We got this fan in May and it has been great, the quietest fan I have ever known but it does have a few niggles that marks it down for me. First is cleaning it. The front grill and blade are easy. Take off and wipe/wash and put back on. The back grill is another story altogether. You cannot remove the back grill and you cant wash it due to it housing the motor so you end up with mini brushes, cloths, a hoover and even an air compressor to try and clean it with! It can end up taking me an hour to get all the dust out of the fan! This is a real big issue for me, with all the other great features the fan has, not being able to clean the back grill quickly and easily is a massive fail from Shark. The remote control is great and small and magnetic so massive points for this. The speed is fantastic and as mentioned the noise, or lack of noise is outstanding. All in all I wpuld give it 3.5 stars but have raised it to 4 for the plus points. Just want Shark to sort out the back grill cleaning issue and it would be a 5 star review all the way.

Stopped working. Tried everything we could to troubleshoot but will not longer run. Turns on, the indicator light flashes between red and green, but blades will not turn. Isn't in lock mode. Very frustrating for such an expensive fan. Up until it stopped, we really liked it and the fan was very nice!

Shark Ninja Fan is way superior to the Dyson fans, the motor is whisper-quiet, the flow of air is unbelievable and the aesthetics of it is far superior than any other brand. I highly recommend this fan, but it - you won't regret it. Ah! And there customer service is second to none. Can you ask for more?

I have been on a waiting list for the product for a while and have been lucky to now have it. Have used it for a short time and am 100% happy. Wish I could've got it during the heatwave! Great it is so portable and also comes with a great dust cover.

I brought this 2 weeks ago for my son ,who likes to run a fan at night ,it's perfect, quiet fan ,portable ,remote which sits perfectly on the back of the fan ,cordless which keeps his room cool for 24 hrs on 1 charge . Best purchase

The fan is great until is isn't. I don't understand why I haven't seen anyone talk about the problems I have so it really makes me wonder if I've gotten TWO bad ones. Bought one, contacted & customer service was delayed but finally sent me another one & told me to keep the one I have giving me problems but the "new one" has the same issues. So frustrating!!!!!! Like I said when the fan works like a normal fan should I absolutely love it but unfortunately too often the fan will suddenly stop oscillation & be facing the opposite direction. It can be working on oscillation or not, pointing in my direction for five minutes or for 30 minutes, and next thing I know I'm burning up & don't feel a breeze. Look over & it's facing the opposite direction. I generally do not use the isolation setting that does the almost 360° so if it is oscillating, it's on the first setting and sometimes it works fine and other times it will stop and be pointing the other direction. It's so odd and extremely frustrating. Now that the second one does the same thing I guess it's just this fan. I cannot recommend it and that's why I'm giving such low ratings because it is so inconvenient and annoying. Otherwise it would have been probably five stars.
