The last bottle I got had a label with the "new and improved" note on it - uh-oh. Now no matter how careful I am to rinse the are huge greasy patches in my hair. This is a no-go for me. I don't need creamy lather, I need clean hair. Now I have to find a new shampoo.

It was the only sulfate free shampoo that actually left my hair feeling clean, and a little went a long way, it didn't take much for a lot of lather. The reformulation is genuine garbage. The texture of the shampoo itself is now thick & goopy and not as runny or natural feeling as it used to be. It leaves my hair feeling greasy and like there is residue in it, and it doesn't lather at all. Complete waste of money and now I'm back to the drawing board to find a quality sulfate free shampoo. Why do companies insist on messing with perfection?!
