15-20 mmHg size B goes on / comes off easily -- just pull slightly inside out to pull on first to just past the heel -- then the rest pulls over and up great -- removing more or less in two "folds" over to just above the toes makes removal and then applying a breeze. Just be certain you choose the correct size in the first place. My only mistake was to rush ahead and buy the 15-20 when after browsing the web I discovered I really need either the 20-30 or, with a prescription the 30-40 -- which sadly Shoppers don't seem to stock!
