silkn.com/Difficult to strap on without getting your hair all tangled up. The bottom part of the mask, from the nose down, does not touch your face, and overall very uncomfortable. Expensive gadget is what it is!
Loving this device
I saved up for a long time to buy this and I love it. Been using it for six months now and am seeing good results in tone and firmness under my chin and in neck sagging. Accompanied with good serums and massage, it has made a difference. Be delicate with it, kick back for the treatment and store in the box. Very pleased. I still use my silkn red light wand for face and hands, so have a complete regime now!

silkn.com/Worked well but as soon as I arrived, I would have to wiggle and hold the cord the entire time for the red light to stay on. Just over a year later, the whole device stopped charging. Too expensive for it to only last a year.

Worked great until it didn't
I love this mask. I've only had it for 6 months, and now it's not working. Only half of it lights up. I'm so disappointed. I used a lot of points to purchase this product, and Shoppers is offering no help in getting another product. I'm considering changing my credit card here, because what is the point of earning PC Points, if there's nothing worthwhile to exchange them for? Don't buy this. Get something better form a reputable source, that's not from Shoppers Drug Mart.
1 year later and I still love it
I love this mask. I've seen great benefits using it but you have to be consistent. I've been using it a year now and I've noticed a big difference in my skin. My biggest complaint is I wish the chord/remote/battery had a clip on it to attach to your top so when you're walking around you have somewhere for it to stay.
