I really like the shade of this liner, finding a cool neutral lip liner is so hard. This provides that shadowed/contoured look that I am looking for. It grips the lip edge well and lasted while I played pickleball. My only issue is that I was only able to use it about 3 times before the applicator malfunctioned and would no longer roll up product. *I received this product for free from Smashbox for testing and review purposes.

The color is amazing. It's super long-lasting. My only beef is with the pencil, itself. It is pretty much unusable after the first sharpening. While I still do recommend the product, the delivery method is lacking.

At 75 years old, I can say this is the best Lip Liner I have ever used. Purchased Light Neutral Rose to go with Lipstick color Level Up. Glides on beautifully, looks fantastic, Long wearing through eating and drinking, and you can sharpen it, as opposed to those lip liners that break off and fall out. I will be buying more of these lip liners in other colors as well. Happy as all get out.

I love the shade mauve. Beautiful color but more than four times now,( I've used it for several years) it will not shapen and twice, more than half has fallen out and is no longer usable. Please consider making it an automatic because it is failing as a pencil

Did anyone find this liner to not last as long as the self sharpening one?

This lip liner is awful. I've used $2 brands better than this. It's so clumpy and thick and just overall not great

I bought this more then 6 months go. I bought the shade Fair Neutral Rose and it was the perfect colour for me. However, it was much too soft and no matter how little or carefully I sharpened it still broke or flattened with very little pressure. Today, I finally showed it to the cosmetic staff where I bought it from and she agreed it was much too soft. I'm not sure if this pencil had a fluke as something was not right about it. Thus the low rating or I would have been very happy with it. Unfortunately too much time had elapsed to be able to return it.

I love the way this product looks, feels and wear. The medium neutral rose is the perfect color for me. When I first found this product it came in the self-sharpening pencil which I much prefer. I find myself wasting a lot of product in this standard pencil form because once the pencil reaches about half length the product breaks and falls out of the pencil. Sometimes I'm lucky enough to catch it and poke it back in. That said, I continue to tolerate that downside because I like the look and feel so much.

I loved the colour and the softness of this lip liner, however, every time you have to sharpen it you lose lots of product. You need to sharpen often and it did not sharpen well. It was a bit waste of product.

The second time I went to apply it, the tip fell off and I couldn't get anything out of the end.
