I like the colour and the feel of this lip liner on my lips - it's a moisturizing product and leaves my lips soft and doesn't dry them. The pencil smells nice, like vanilla ice cream, is soft and buttery and makes wide line around the lips - you can't really make fine lines with it. The colour is warm plumy purple, but it can change through the day. It's a pretty colour, but a bit hard to match with a traditional lipstick. This is pretty good. It glides on smoothly and the colour slowly changes over time. The tip is quite thin, I wish it was thicker for a better outline as I do go over it a number of times. I tried this pH lip liner and I honestly absolutely hated it! The color that stays on your lips is a weird unflattering bright pink that does NOT look good on probably anyone! Honestly, brands need to stop releasing makeup products that are pH adjusting. Not a fan of this and don't recommend. I'm not a big lip liner person, but I really like the Smashbox O-Noir PH Gel Lip Liner. I expected the color PH Berry to be darker than it was. It's a very nice you berry color. It goes on smooth and stays on even if you apply something else with it. I just added some lip oil and it blended in nicely and gave just a hint of color to my lips. My experience with lip liners is that they are very drying on my lips, which is why I like this gel formula. It glides on smoothe, and the colour transformation is almost instantaneous. On me, it's a nice berry shade that would look great for the summertime, but I also found that the intensity of the colour depends on how much product you're applying, so it's possible to give yourself a little tint if you want. This liner also has a bit of glitter in it too, so it isn't flat if you want to wear it all over. Overall, I think it's a "fun" beauty product to play around with, because you really don't know what you're going to get. The perks are in how comfortable it is to wear and the fact that it lasted a work day on my lips and survives throughout phone calls and drinking coffee.
