Great sound, excellent microphone
Bought the WF-C710N headphones a month ago and they are excellent. Sound quality is very good and more importantly for those on video conference calls, the microphone is the best of all the headphones I have tried (and I have had a few).

Three years ago I spent a lot of money on a pair of WF-1000XM4 high-end Sony earbuds. Six month ago the batteries in them started to fail - turns out this is a very common problem due to poor-quality batteries used in production. sony.com/They're okay, the sound quality is decent enough for the price, but the automatic noise cancelling/environmental sound feature is so annoying, you can't control it. It switches on and off by itself depending on what the environment sound is. I'm constantly having to tap the left one to switch noise cancelling back on, which drains the battery!

sony.com/Very good sound and base, but after 20 minutes in the gym on the treadmill They started to slip out of my ears and I spent most of my time pushing them back into the correct position. My ears are quite small so these may not be for you if you have small ears but the battery life seemed to last quite well. They are quite bass heavy. So the clarity of tops seem to be missing unless you download the app and Tailor the EQ to your taste
