2nd Skin Moist Burn Pads are designed to cool and soothe skin on contact. Made primarily from pure, sterile water, they provide a moist comfortable barrier to help heal burns while protecting them. Moist Burn Pads are ideal for first or second degree burns, cuts, scrapes, and bites. They provide instant relief and cushioning to painful areas, helping to prevent scarring. Moist Burn Pads are a non-irritating and odorless way to treat burned or wounded skin. To apply, simply clean the burn or wound area, remove and discard the blue film from the Moist Burn Pad, and gently apply to the affected area. Cover with adhesive tape or stretch gauze. Burn Moist Pads should be changed daily. These easy-to-apply pads bring relief to your skin.

Works great and no sticking. 5 Stars All Day Long, but I went back two days later and the drugstore was sold out, so was all 9 of the other drugstores in the area that I checked. I ordered these online direct, straight to the source which is great, except it took about two weeks to receive my order. Needless to say, by the time it arrived, I no longer needed it. Minus a star for no ability to get more in a timely fashion. If I ever have a bad burn again, this will be my go-to.

I work In a kitchen,the fast paced long hours kind.This stuff is amazing.Its both beginner and veteran user friendly and does what it says.That is, it provides instant pain relief from MOST burns (edging on being a teensy bit serious before u visit the ER kind) and is cool to the sensitive skin.Its like a square of medicated jelly on both sides u apply to the area (think wash off tattoos from ur childhood,and is applied the same way sans water.Ive definitely had these save me a time or two and they only start to fall off and dry once their magic is used up.This with a bit of gauze and a little wrap job and ur able to sleep through the night depending on the severity of ur burn (obviously go to the hospital for big ones).Right as rain the next day with a bit of sensitivity :)

I've been using them because I'm allergic to Silver oxide dressings and I was told to try these 2nd skin pads from band aid. RELIEF AS SOON AS I APPLIED THEM TO THE WOUNDS, no pain at all just a nice cool soothing feeling!!! They don't stick to the wounds and my wounds are healing very nicely.. Thank you for providing such a fantastic product I give them 5 STARS!!

There is nothing like it for burns, it says everything here in the description, and I can attest to how much it helps minimize scarring, but I also want to emphasis how quickly it takes the pain out of a new burn. It's like keeping it under running water. Also, bicyclists out there - It's the best road-rash treatment I've found! Basically anytime you need to grow back skin, use this to relieve the pain and let your skin start to grow back without having to create it's own scab right off. Less scarring, less discomfort, it's the first go-to right after your burn or accident.

spenco.implus.com/After experiencing borderline 3rd degree burns, it was 3 days of regular gauze (which would harden and be next to impossible to remove; resulting in some very very painful dressing changes) before I found this product. OMG this made the entire process of dressing changing as pain free as it could be all things considered. It's wonderful how it converts any weeping fluids to a jelly that wipes away very easily. It keeps the wound moist, which speeds healing. I can't say enough how much I am so very thankful for finding this product as it made the most painful part of the process almost negligible!
