Adults and children over 12 years; roll directly onto affected area without the need to rub, massage or bandage. Repeat as necessary, but no not apply more than four times daily

It is a very good product. Use it on most areas where things hurt from arthritis and sprains and it helps.
Great Roll on for aches
Best roll on I've bought for aches. I use it on my shoulders and neck. It has an icy feel. Very minty smell. Almost feels like its freezing when you first roll it on. It helps to add a heat pad to have the cold/hot method. I like that it has a high % of ingredients compared to other brands sold at Shoppers.
