Just bought this 2 hours ago . First use , Doesn't work at all !!! setting 1-6 does NOT change the temperature what so ever . Waste of money super dissatisfied. Don't recommend at all

Barely lukewarm. Completely pointless. Will be returning. Very irritated.
Not hot
Unfortunately it doesn't heat up enough I put it all the way up too six and it doesn't stay on long enough maybe I don't know how too use the timer but that's not really the issue anyways it just isn't hot enough too really help with any of the pain in my shoulders. But it does get warm if you wanna use it too warm up than it would be good for that I suppose.
Lifesaver for my period cramps
I just got this today as I was having some of the worst period cramps of my life and had a class to get to in the afternoon. With the heat at level 4 and 3hrs later, the pain is all gone. I did take pain relievers but they never make it ALL go away. It felt so nice and I am very happy with this purchase (so is my cat). I can't say anything about the longevity.
Broke after a few months
The connector that detaches for safety is really finnicky and became faulty after only a few uses. Now I have to plug and unplug it 15 times before it will work and then it stops working as soon as the cord gets touched. Garbage.
