t3micro.comI really like this set and love how it leaves my hair feeling, but was very disappointed when the spring on the barrel broke on one of the interchangeable barrels. I replaced it with the next size up and that spring also broke after multiple uses. For the price, it's sad that the springs keep breaking. I'm sure that now when I replace it with the last barrel that it will also break within time.

I called to find out where my order was that was placed weeks ago to be told they never saw it was ordered, it's now sold out. We are sorry. Christmas ruined. Daughter devastated. Zero effort to make it right. They could have amazing products and I would never recommend. NEVER AGAIN! If the products are as bad as the customer service your hair will fall out!!!

t3micro.comBought this kit on sale. Had it for months before I used It. It was on for about 10 min before it started to malfunction. I couldn't adjust the temp or even turn it off with the buttons. Had to unplug and replug. Started up form then the same thing happened. Switched out barrels and the same thing. Idea is great but this product just isn't made well.
