Novel but basically useless
Reviewed at
therabody.ca/Returning as it has done nothing for my wife. Monitoring it against sleep patterns and there has been no difference. Last night when she had a headache it also did nothing to help her out. These were the two reasons to get the SmartGoggles and they failed on both counts. I did give it 1 star for trying, and another for the apparent build quality.
Want to love it but. . .

therabody.ca/Ok I really want to love this product as I do think it helps me relax and could potentially be part of my before bed routine. Unfortunately it doesn't fit East Asian people well. I wished it would have an Asian fit model like my ski helmet, but until then I'll have to return it.
Great product

therabody.ca/Great Little device, i would argue just lying down and learning how to do breath control and listening to some music or nothing would likely result in the same heart rate drop. Really this just allows you to focus on something, and your face gets a bit of a massage. All that being said I like my goggles, just know that I can get the same results by working on breath control and clearing my mind. My one gripe is the head strap is almost to short, apparently I have a large head.
It doesn't look like it should work but it does

therabody.ca/Biggest issue is I actually fall asleep wearing it.
Pressure relief
Reviewed at
therabody.ca/I have sinus and migraines. I find relief using my smart goggles.
Hurts my head
Reviewed at
therabody.ca/The compression therapy squeezes the temples in an extremely uncomfortable way, causing my head to ache for days. The vibration is almost useless, barely perceptible feeling but very loud and unpleasant sounding. The heat function is kind of nice, but you need to wear the device higher on your face (in an improper position) to really feel it. Build quality is also strong, but the device is not relaxing because of the discomfort and pain it causes.
Skeptical at first but impressed.

therabody.ca/I was very skeptical when first buying these but I had been dealing with sinus pain, congestion, and headaches from sinusitis for a long time so I was willing to try anything. I regularly used a microwavable eye mask for my dry eyes as well and while not marketed to help dry eyes, I thought the heat+massage would help. These things are AWESOME. After the first time I used them, I couldn't remember the last time my eyes felt that good and they stayed nice and moist. I have used these multiple times to completely get rid of a headache. As long as I addressed what initially caused the headache(caffeine withdrawal, dehydration, etc), my headaches would disappear after a quick 15 minute massage. I have woke up multiple times with mild congestion, threw the goggles on and it completely went away. They are definitely not meant to sleep in if you are a side sleeper as they are a bit too wide, but I use them more as a pre bedtime ritual in combination with my ThermaBack and I sleep like a baby. After the massage is done I just switch to my normal sleep mask, it's not that big of a deal.
