Best Eye De-puffer for Sensitivitie Skin
Very light texture but still moisturizing enough even for dry skin. So friendly to my sensitive skin, and soothes the stinging pain due to dryness. Most surprisingly, it's a great eye de-puffer in the morning which is beyond my expectation.
