FANTASTIC for soothing dry, cracked psoriasis skin

Submitted 8 months ago

SO good. It's super moisturizing and the oil really locks it in. My psoriasis skin cracks like crazy in the deep winter, and this is the thing that helps the most.

La Roche is superior

I tried this over LRP's lipikar baume ap+m and I don't find it as hydrating or occlusive as the lipikar while also being more pore clogging at the same time. I like to use this type of cream as a night cream and I can only use this on my body and my legs feel much dryer much sooner compared to when I use lipikar! Not a bad product but LRP Lipikar is superior in my opinion.

Family staple

Our family has various skin sensitivities and this is a great one-stop product for us. It hits the right notes: no fragrance, moisturizes and calms everyone's skin down. Because it's an oil balm, it does turn from a cream to an oil but we like it. I found this when one of my kids with eczema complained about having to use cream, which is cold & remains a bit sticky, during the winter. I was able to turn this into a warm oil by rubbing it in my hands before applying. I used it on my own dry winter skin, my husband tried it on his sun-sensitive skin & now we all use it. It is expensive (for us) so I try to get it on sale if I can. We use something less expensive if we don't need the healing properties of this but once there's a problem, it's what I reach for.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Love this nourishing anti-itch balm

I'm over 60 with dry skin, I live in Northern BC where winters are 6 months long and the dry air really dries out my skin. I use Uriage Anti-Itch Soothing Oil Balm after a shower or bath for all over moisture, as moisturizer for my face and lotion for my hands. It works wonders to immediately sooth itching and is effective for 48 hours as claimed. 5 ⭐️ From me!!

Love this for dry Alberta winters

I was given a sample of this on a cosmetic purchase. Fell in love on the first use and instantly bought the full size. Yes it is an oil balm so it turns shiny, but as a base product for brutally dry weather I love it for added moisture and protection. I should note That I have normal non-problematic skin.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Works

This product seemed quite thick when I first started to use it but to my delight it seemed to absorb into my skin fairly well. It did remain shiny, as it is an oil balm, but my skin was not itchy afterwards or since and it has been 3 days since using it.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
