How to use
Mix one level scoop in 1.5 cups (12 fl.oz.) of ice-cold water or non-dairy beverage. Mix one level scoop into your favourite smoothie recipe. Swap Vega One for 1/8 to 1/4 of the flour in sweet baking recipes. Check out myvega.ca/recipes for some blendspiration.

The taste is too overwhelming
I put a cup of fruit with a cup of liquid in the blender with the powder which is a good amount for a shake. The powder makes it hard to taste anything else I put in it. At least the shake doesn't taste bad, but I don't want the powder to be the star of the shake.
