The hydration line used to be my favorite shampoo before you changed formulas. My hair used to feel light and soft after using and now it feels heavy and bogged down with product. Not to mention the new scent..I'm seriously wondering if the developer had COVID and couldn't smell when they created it...

It can be annoying once is gets less than half full. To remedy this I keep them stored upside down. If you do this make sure to keep it tightly closed to avoid leakage.
