I looked for one without homosalate, because I think it might be responsible for that strong "sunscreeny" smell that makes my eyes water, and this one was one of the few water resistant versions that doesn't have it. It still smells a little like sunscreen, but it's not bad at all. It's not overly greasy or overly powdery. I don't see it after I apply it, but I'm a Fitzpatrick 1 skin type, so take that into consideration. And I don't get burned when I wear it, even in the water, so it must work!
