How to use
Adults: Take one to two gummies 30 minutes before bedtime. For best results, use nightly and allow more than 6 hours of sleep. Store in a cool dry place.
Warnings
Consult a healthcare professional: for use beyond 4 weeks or if symptoms worsen or you are experiencing sleep difficulties for more than 4 weeks; those with a medical condition; those taking medication, and those who have chronic diseases; if taking sedatives, tranquilizers or any other sleep aid. Do not: drive or operate machinery 5 hours after taking melatonin, use when consuming alcohol, use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, use if you are allergic to plants of the daisy family. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or cramping) or rare allergic reactions have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use.
