First time I bought it I returned it because I don't know how to use it or twist it up. Second time I went to another shopper try to buy another one the cosmetics worker she was so mean with me the lady she told me : Ma'am you should use sharpener, not twist up and then I bought it again When came home and sharpen it. It's broken now I don't know what to do. Return it again they're gonna get mad.

I use it all the time. Good inner eye liner and minor cover in a pinch, but also has no ingredients that you have to worry will do damage to your eyes, unlike most similar products. Also, Lise Watier is one of the few brands still available at a drug store that is genuinely cruelty free, and made only in Canada, France and Italy

I can't seem to extend the pencil! I have tried twisting but nothing works. Could this be a defect?

Bought this with my Shoppers points a few weeks ago. It was a filler product in order to use all my points. I wouldn't have purchased this under. It also circumstances as there are cheaper alternatives available but it's a nice inner eye liner that goes on smooth and stays all day. It's nothing phenomenal but there's nothing wrong with it.

Long lasting, nice and deep colour, and easy to put on.
