Love this collagen!
I have been taking these for about six months now. On the weekend a woman younger than me asked me how I managed to have such few wrinkles! I'm often told that even though I'm 58 I do not look it because my skin looks beautiful, plump, and smooth. Not only that, my lips are also fuller. Wonderful side effect
I originally bought these to help with my skin which I haven't really noticed too much improvement but what I have noticed is I no longer have any arthritis which is in my opinion a miracle! It didn't happen overnight, I started noticing pain relief about 6 weeks after I started taking it. I'm 64 and live in Alberta where winter is brutal when you have arthritis. I have also noticed my hair is thicker and grows rapidly. I would definitely recommend these to anyone with arthritis!

Been taking it everyday for a month. No results. If anything it has made my ance worse! The morning after I have taken it, i have painful white heads develop.. Why! I stop taking it, my ance goes away. My skin looks worse than when I started them.
