Recommended dosage (adults): 2 tablets 2 times daily with food or as directed by a physician. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Warnings
For adult use only. Stop use and consult a physician if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with products containing green tea extract have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Consult a physician prior to use if you have a liver disorder, a history of non-melanoma skin cancer, gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers, excess stomach acid, an iron deficiency, or if you are taking blood thinners, birth control medication or undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Some people may experience diarrhea. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of systemic lupus erythematosus, or are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Avoid use of this product if you are hypersensitive/allergic to wheatgrass and/or wheat. Keep out of reach of children.
