I have been taking this as directed with 2 tabs per day (1 tablet at a meal twice a day) pretty consistently. My one grievance, the size of these pills! OMG they're huge and could be a choking hazard for certain individuals. But it seems to work so I have bought a second bottle which I will need within the next month or two.
