Personally it worked for me to cover greys so I think it is at least worth a shot by anyone looking to try a natural semi permanent solution. I apply to clean damp hair and I just leave it on for hours and hours for maximum effect. 10 minutes to an hour I wouldn't say would do much. I leave all day if at home or overnight and my hair looks completely different by the time I rinse it out. Smells amazing as well and leaves hair shiny and feeling silky and healthy. Best for people who can go at least a few days between washes because obviously the more you wash the faster the effects will fade. Five stars because the product is what it is and does what it says it will. Not a miracle worker but beautiful for what it is.
