I use this over and under eyes and I powder/dust my lips and then apply lip color for longerlasting coverage.

I only used this a few time. The blending and texture was great made the pigmentation smooth/look good no fallout/breakage. Packaging was normal.

I was extremely pleased with how my eyeshadow was packaged. I have ordered this product before through another store and the eye shadows came to me all broken up. Love how you bubble wrapped the product and then double bubble wrapped before placing in the box. I was thrilled to get it packaged like this.
