These discreet, convenient, self-adhering pastilles are safe to use during sleep. The time-release xylitol provides long-lasting relief from dry mouth by naturally stimulating the production of saliva and preventing morning cottonmouth. XyliMelts can be used during the day or night. They are made with 100% natural ingredients and contain no gluten, GMO, preservatives and alcohol.
How to use
Place tan adhesive side on the outside of a molar and/or adjoining gums (upper or lower), white side touching cheek.
Adults
Before bedtime
2 pastilles while sleeping, 1 on each side of the mouth or as needed. Lasts 4 to 6 hours.
Daytime
1 to 2 pastilles, 3 to 7 times a day or as needed. Lasts 1 to 3 hours.
Warnings
Do not adhere to the roof of the mouth to enhance comfort. A gradual introduction to xylitol is recommended since it could have a mild laxative effect in the case of excessive consumption.Keep away from dogs.

Method of action: Xylitol stimulates saliva production, which plays a crucial role in maintaining oral health. Saliva helps neutralize acids in the mouth, remineralize tooth enamel, and wash away food debris. May also protect against cavities as Oral bacteria cannot ferment Xylitol into the acids that cause tooth decay. Recent studies suggest this product is safe with moderate consumption. Please follow manufacturer recommendations.

I have Sjogrens Syndrome.. it started with Very Dry Eyes, my Corneas were damaged badly! Then my mouth started to dry out and my throat, so bad that I couldn't speak without having gum or candy in my mouth! I'd wake up choking and coughing several times a night! My dentist said to try Xylimelts and WOW! I'm so Thankful to have this product!! Getting a Diagnosis for Sjogrens was a 7 year process! It also has given me Rheumatoid Arthritis all my joints hurt… and it's worse when you don't sleep! To the reviewer that said XyliMelts cause cavities… Dry Mouth causes Cavities and damage to your gums, so if someone is worried about that talk to your dentist.

Nice Taste, They Keep Your Mouth Moist
Due to various medications I take, my mouth gets very dry, especially during the night. I put two Xylimelts inside on each cheek where they stay and gradually dissolve during the night. I wake up with no more dry mouth problem.
No More Ovenight Dry Mouth
This is the best solution for getting a good night's sleep if you have dry mouth. Sprays and rinces do not last long enough. I very seldom use 2 per night.
Can't sleep without this product
This product was recommended to me by my dentist. Oh my gosh, finally I Don't wake up 10 times in one night needing to take a drink of water because my mouth and throat are completely dry! Amazing to get a full night's sleep. I put it in the top gun all the way to the back as that's where it's most comfortable. Once it's in place you won't be able to move it so make sure you like where you put it. Because it has a sweetener it does cause me to dream more but it's definitely worth it.
Excellent product fir dry mouth
Xylimelts have allowed me to get a full night sleep again. This product is excellent for maintaining moisture in my mouth while I sleep and has improved my overall dental hygiene.
