This lightly scented beeswax balm is a wonderful addition to a bedtime routine. For babies and children 2 months and older, apply nightly at bedtime. Do not use on babies under 2 months of age. How to use
Directions: For babies and children 2 months and older, apply nightly at bedtime. Gently massage the balm on the chest, neck and back to help soothe, calm and comfort. Do not use on babies under 2 months of age.

Do not take by mouth or place in nostrils. Do not use directly on face or on broken or damaged skin. Do not heat in water, a vaporizer, a microwave oven, or on the stove. Do not add to hot water or any container where heating water may cause splattering and result in burns. Test on a small area of skin if known allergies exist. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, call a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately and advise them this product contains eucalyptus oil.

Great!
My kid is 5 and a half months old.. he gets congested sometimes, so I rub it on his feet and on his chest… And it definitely works. It smells great too, and the ingredients are awesome. I do recommend this if you have a baby.
